Our babies are disease free , tame and affectionate. .We dna sex our babies and find qualified homes at weaning. A few babies wean at 12 wks old, some take longer, It depends on the species and we do not rush the weaning process..
We feed a large selection of table foods to wean our babies and feel this is a wonderful start for a excellent diet. We believe that a bird needs a fair amount of protein, carbs and small amounts of fats, just like humans.Our babies learn to eat a varied diet which makes them excepting of new taste and experiences.
Our breeders are feed vitamin E in breeding season along with eggs, home made breads and lots of mixed nuts..Fruits are given weekly and the breeders look forward to all their taste experiences.We grow plum, apples and grapes right on our property for the breeders.
We lay the foundation for an exceptional socialized baby that is well rounded to join your family.Babies are socialized with friends, pets and new things every day.
